In compliance with Section 5, R.A. 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that RICARTE M. RIANO has filed with this office a Petition for Change of First Name from “ROBERT” to "RICARTE” in the Certificate of Live Birth of ROBERT RIANO who was born on September 29, 1967 at Magdiwang, Romblon and whose parents are Delfin Riano and Virginia Moral.
