In compliance with Section 5, R.A 9048 a notice is hereby served to the publis that Nahra M. Riano has filed with this officea Petition for Change of First Name from "NIERA" to NIERA ANGELIC" in the Certificate of Live Birth of NIERA MANGARIN RIANO who was born on August1, 1987 at Magdiwang, Romblon and whose parents are Niel Riano and Nahra Riano.

Any person adveresely affected by said petition may file his written opposition with this office not later than April 28, 2008.
