ORDER

A verified petition, dated February 9, 2008, filed by petitioner through counsel respectfully prayed that after publication, due notice and hearing, an Order be issued directing the Local Civil Registrar of Concepcion, Romblon to correct the entry appearing in the Certificate of Live Birth of the petitioner by correcting the gender from “MALE” to FEMALE”, her Christian name from “VERONICO” to “VERONICA” and the spelling of the Christian name of her father from “GUELLERMO” to “GUILLERMO”.
Finding said petition to be sufficient in form and substance, order is entered setting this case for hearing on July 1, 2008 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning before this Court at which date, time and place, any person may show cause why this petition should not be granted.
Let this Order be published, at the expense of the petitioner, in the Romblon Text, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks before the date of hearing
SO ORDERED.
